was ORNL-Prospect (http://compbio.ornl.gov/PROSPECT/), offering secondary structure
predictions, 3D predictions by threading a sequence through candidate structures, and a
3D prediction pipeline for using a comprehensive set of tools and more submitter-provided
information than sequence alone. The pipeline offers all-atom models and evaluates their
quality. The output is well presented."
