EDUCATION
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My principal interest is in the software development of scalable, robust, high throughput systems for bioinformatics analysis tools deployment. Another major focus is the development of highly intuitive web and Java user interfaces for access to these analysis systems. I am the principal architect (and led the software implementation team) of the systems described below.
