This page contains the links to DTASelect output data files from programs presented in the paper. These output files have been used to generate Tables 1,2,3 and 4. See the table in bottom of each DTASelect.html file for peptide and spectrum counts. These files can be further processed for charge breakup and percentage change.

MASPIC executable for linux intel compatible platforms

The MASPIC scorer takes in spectrums in the form of .dta file and candidates in the form of .pep file. It then scores these candidates and returns a DTASelect compatible SQT file. Please click here for instructions and executable.
